Pat reached out to me after mv purchase, same dav. He reached out with a mockup picture of my purchase that showed all the customization I requested. The attention to detail was immediately apparent. I was also offered 2-day shipping after I had already selected the free option. When I looked at the dates, the free shipping wasn't going to arrive in time. So I took the 2-day shipping. My product arrived with plentv of time. Its an iron lock for my wife and my 6th wedding anniversary. We are going to go lock it on a love lock heart sculpture here in our citv to immortalize it forever! Im very happy with the lock and custom work. The service was exceptional.
