The glasses were so cute & they kept good communication, but when we received the stems came off. They said no refunds or returns, but when I talk to them, they offered a refund or replacement ASAP and said that they had a bad glue, and had other customers with the same problem. Their honesty in the situation is the reason I’m giving them five stars, that means everything in a company nowadays.

I’m the maid of honor in my best friends wedding an my husband is the best man so we wanted to get a conjoined gift for the bride an the groom, their wedding is going to be country chic so these were perfect for their gift and also to use as their first toast as husband an wife! The etching is beautifully done an so intricate, an it showed up so quick, which I loved! I was also sent a mock up of what it would look like before Pat ever etched for my ok, I love it an I know the bride an groom will love it too!
